Cruise Manager (onboard Navatek I - Honolulu in Honolulu, HI

Atlantis Cruises has an opportunity for a full time Cruise Manager to help manage food and beverage and guest services onboard our whale watch and dinner cruise vessel Navatek I. This position will report directly to the General Manager, and the schedule will include some evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Cruise Manager will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the Navatek I cruises, including supervising and leading all Navatek staff, and ensuring impeccable guest service. Responsibilities will also include developing and training staff, implementing Atlantis Cruises policies and procedures, setting up the boat for cruises, reviewing passenger manifests, greeting guests, and complying with applicable regulations and laws. We seek someone who has very superior written and spoken communication abilities and the expertise to be an effective and creative team builder. Must have previous leadership and management background. Previous food and beverage and hospitality industry background desirable.
