Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club is looking for a Director of Food and Beverage. Duties are to direct and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Also, implement effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs. The Director will regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of individual restaurants and banquet service, and recommend new operating and marketing policies.Culinary, sales, and guest service requirements required. Must have a min of 3 yrs of experience as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at a medium to large size property.
