Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for a well established tourismhospitality company. The pay is up to 75,000 benefits Conveniently located in Honolulu, parking is provided. Will be responsible for operations management on employee relations and human resources issues Provide advice, counsel, and support to managers regarding HR practices and application, pertaining to employee disciplinary actions, supervise preparation of reports and informaiton for regulatory agencies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to employee relations Implementing HR policies and practices Maintaining compliances with laws and regulations Overseeing companys recruiting and retention strategies Desired Skills Background Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline PHR certification preferred 7yrs of progressive HR background, with a min of 3yrs in a management role Knowledge of labor law, labor relations, and union avoidance practices Expertise to implement and administer employee relations and programs and practices Proficient with Microsoft office and Ceridian is a plus Strong oral and writing expertise, expertise to effectively communication with all levels within an organization CALL EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS AT [removed phone] TO APPLY TODAY Location Honolulu Compensation up to 75,000 benefitsPrincipals only.
