Assistant Store Manager (Minit Stop in Honolulu, HI

Our Assistant Store Managers assists in the proper and efficient operation of the Store with established Company policies and procedures and within operational budgetary requirements. The incumbent will operate the establishment to ensure the store contributes to the overall profitability of the Company. The incumbent will be assisting in implementing Company initiatives, merchandising strategies, marketing as well as address other business needs.Requirements we are seeking1. High-school diploma with a min of 1 year of supervisory background in a retail andor foodservice role. Associates andor college diploma preferred.2. Expertise to process details and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.3. Expertise to direct others. Must have outstanding communication abilities.4.
