Candidates MUST have construction experience in Hawaii, and must be available for an immediate start date. Project Manager/Estimator Small to medium civil construction company with offices in Honolulu and Seattle has an immediate need for a Project Manager/Estimator for its work in Hawaii. Typical clients include counties within Hawaii, State of Hawaii, Corps of Engineers, Navy, and the Federal Highway Administration.
